Halibut House started over 15 years ago as a family business built on hard work, dedication to quality, and a true love of fish and chips. They've spent years mastering their craft, preparing traditional fish and chips as it was meant to be served. They wanted to take this homey dish and bring it to a nice, clean and comfortable environment. They specialize in fresh-cut halibut, skinned and filleted in store, served atop home-cut French fries, sources from local potato farm. Their fillets are lightly battered, giving customers that satisfying crispy bite, without overwhelming the tender, juicy fish inside. Whether it be for a casual night out or a special birthday party, they are the ultimate hosts, always going the extra mile to make guests happy.
